What we collect
- Email and name (from signup or Google SSO)
- Your role (student or tutor) and exam date
- Your answers, scores, and revision progress
- Acceptance timestamps for these terms
Where we store it
All personal and progress data is stored in Supabase, hosted in the EU West (Ireland) region. We do not transfer your data outside the EEA / UK during the beta.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We don't make AI inference calls during your study sessions — all questions and explanations are pre-generated.
- We don't track you across other websites.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from settings. You can export your progress on request — email privacy@pinpoint.app.
Children
The minimum age for a PinPoint account is 13. Parental consent for under-16s in the UK / EEA will be enforced before public launch.
